BLUEGRASS SPEEDWAY 2011 OPEN WHEEL MODIFIED RULES

 

The ‘Ice Man’ Looks Back On His Convincing DIRTcar UMP TriumphBody Rules Apply

 

1.      UMP Sanctioned- All events at Bluegrass Speedway are conducted under the rules and regulations set forth in the UMP DirtCar Series Modified rules and regulations.  For complete 2011 UMP Modified rules and guidelines, click the following link:  www.dirtcarump.com and click on Rules and scroll down to UMP Modified rules.

2.       Tires – Hoosier Tires Only

-D40 (left-front only), A40, and/or H40 compounds in the DIRTcar plated tire 26.5/8.0/15 or 27.5/8.0/15. 

       3. Weight- all cars must weight 2,400 lbs.

The race director shall be empowered to permit reasonable and appropriate deviations from any of the specifications herein or impose and further the restrictions that in his opinion do not alter the minimum acceptable requirements.  NO EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED WARRANTY OF SAFETY SHALL RESULT FROM SUCH ALTERATION OF SPECIFICATIONS.  Any interpretation or deviation of these rules is left to the discretion of the officials.  THEIR DECISION IS FINAL.
